Code and Inspection Resources

The landscape of code requirements has changed in Colorado. The State of Colorado passed a Conveyance Safety bill in 2008, which may or may not affect your project.

The best thing for you to do is to contact someone who understands the law and how it will affect your situation. We are always happy to help, so feel free to Contact Us with any questions or concerns you might have.

Inspections are required on any commercial installations - whether it's platform lifts, elevators, or escalators.

For residential installations, even though the State does not require inspections, many cities do. We'll help you navigate the permitting and inspection of your residential elevator to ensure everything goes smoothly.
